The Role of Kodakara Block Panchayath
Kodakara Block Panchayath, in alignment with the Kerala Government’s “SthreePaksha NavaKeralam” Campaign, is spearheading the She Workspace initiative. This project is a testament to the state’s commitment to women’s economic development and gender justice. By creating a dedicated workspace for women, the Panchayath aims to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for women entrepreneurs, women cooperatives, workers collectives, and professionals.
She Workspace will serve as a multi-functional hub, offering a range of services and facilities to empower women. These include co-working spaces, skill development programs, mentorship opportunities, and networking platforms. The Panchayath envisions this space as a catalyst for women’s economic empowerment, enabling them to participate actively in the workforce and contribute to the state’s development.
