Welcome to SheHive – International She Work Space Conclave

The She Work Space Conclave, a visionary initiative of the Government in Kerala and implemented by the Kodakara Block Panchayath, invites you to participate in this prestigious event. This three-day conclave organised at the Kerala Institute of Local Administration (KILA) aims to bring together researchers, academics, policymakers, and activists to discuss and debate the latest trends and challenges in women’s capacity building and gender equality. To foster critical dialogue and innovative thinking, we invite you to submit your original research paper on any of the sub-themes mentioned below. Selected papers will be presented at the conclave and included in the proceedings.
